This note is to express my appreciation for the renovation work you did to prepare the veterinary barns to prepare the college for our accreditation site visit. The barns were in “Tip Top” shape and our success was due in part to your efforts. Thank you for your good work, your responsiveness, and your support. I hope we can work together again in the future.
Sincerely, April Hylton

We have enjoyed our barn, provided by Barns & Stables, for over ten years now. The quality of materials, the ease of cleaning, the safety for our animals – all the reasons we chose this style of barn in the first place – have contributed to our continued satisfaction. We loved the attention to detail and the ability to customize the barn to our needs during the planning process. The team that assembled the barn were top professionals. And now, even ten years later, Barns & Stables provides excellent customer service for us.

Our gorgeous barn lifts our little bit of heaven a little higher off the ground. Bill, Jone and the staff at Barns & Stables are great people who put up a beautiful product. We couldn't be happier and would definitely use them again. Their after-build customer care is excellent, too.

I was opening a brand new boarding, training and breeding facility in 2005. I wanted to have two large barns, one as a training barn and one as a breeding barn. After shopping around with several different manufacturers, I decided to go with Barns and Stables. They were wonderful in consulting with me and helped with the designs I needed for my needs. I was attracted to these barns due to the way they are constructed and because they are kick-proof, fire retardant, and can be cleaned with a power washer and disinfected. My insurance agent was impressed with how well these barns are constructed. In testimony to that, my farm is just a few miles from the earthquake epicenter that hit Louisa County, VA last year on 8/22/11. Barns & Stables Custom Horse Barns Although there were homes close by with lots of damage, even lifted off their foundations, my barns suffered no damage. Also, a couple of years ago when we had significant snow fall for this area and several indoor arenas in the area collapsed due to the weight of ice and snow, my barns were just fine.

My barn is up, my horses are installed, I'm putting the finishing touches on my tack room and workshop and LIFE IS GOOD! I can't thank Bill & Jone Siebenaler and their staff at Barns & Stables enough for bringing a very long dreamt-about barn to fruition. Bill was extremely patient with me as I tweaked and re-tweaked the project from the beginning pencil sketch to the final plan and was always quick to respond to my queries. He even went the extra mile by assisting me with the local planning department and sourcing other sub-contractors. Bill faithfully turned up at my property numerous times throughout the project in order to give his personal service. Barns & Stables Custom Horse Barns The barn itself is just a pleasure to work in! It is very horse friendly and safe, which was of ultimate importance to me when choosing the product. I am especially pleased with how cool it stayed inside the building this summer, and I am equally impressed with it as we go through my horses' first winter in this superior building. I am indeed the envy of my neighbors! I also really like the idea that if I ever move, I can take my barn with me - literally!
A very satisfied customer,

We at Starnes Quarter Horses LLC trust Barns & Stables for all of our new construction horse barns. With the large training operation we run we appreciate the punctuality and service offered by Barns & Stables. They meet and exceed our requests time and time again. The durability and functionality of the barns are what really drew us to the product. Our first barn was built in 2005 and our second this past spring, the original barn is in just as good of shape today as the new barn!

Coco arrived this past Tuesday a bit stressed from her cross country relocation trip. She got dehydrated on the trip and we had the vet here the first two days. But she is fine now and loving her stall. Stands inside and looks out the door to stay out of the sun. We are very happy with the barn. Thank you so much.

The addition to our ten year old barn really looks great, we are very pleased. We were very impressed by the personal service we received from Barns & Stables. Everything from the detailed quotation, delivery, installation and later follow-up were handled in a professional manner. The installation crew was courteous, helpful and the work was done quickly with a minimum of disruption to our boarders.

We love the barn Barns & Stables had done for us. The barn has been a great addition to the Settlement at Thomas Divide Mountain Home Community. The barns appearance fits in well with our scenic equine facilities that are located adjacent to Smokey Mountain National Park. The overall safety of the barn and the ease of maintenance involved with the barn is important to us and our customers. The barn was a perfect choice for our development, as we can expand the barn in phases as we continue to grow.

We purchased a barn from Barns & Stables twelve years ago and the barn performed wonderfully for us and our horses. Unfortunately as we have gotten a bit older and beginning to experience some health issues, we no longer had the ability to care for horses. My wife Helen and I had subsequently sold our horses and had gotten out of the equine business. We recently decided to sell the barn and had re-contacted Barns & Stables to see if they could be of assistance. Bill Siebenaler at Barns & Stables was wonderful to work with. He successfully marketed the barn, brokered a sale and coordinated the take down of the barn for us in less than sixty days. We felt truly blessed to have had a company like Barns &Stables and Bill Siebenaler working with us.

The girls in our equine program LOVE the new (used) barn. They were excited in helping me install the saddle and bridle racks in the tack room last week. Also our black stallion we had moved to a stall in the new (used) barn attitude has changed dramatically. He seems happy and doesn't bite as much anymore. The girls who participate in our program, our horses, and we could not be happier.
Kim and her husband Jim run a not for profit equestrian program for young women at their farm near Pulaski, Va. They had been looking to build or purchase a barn for some time. Kim had contacted Barns & Stables in regard to a new barn but the costs for what they needed were just outside of the programs budgetary ability. We remained in contact with Kim and when Joe & Helen's barn came up for sale we immediately contacted her. And although the barn was twelve years old, it was in excellent condition and was a perfect fit for what the program needed.
