1. Building Permits |

This process is solely the customer’s responsibility.
Customer needs to check to see if it is required and obtain it.
Barns & Stables can provide the documents needed for this
process (i.e. Layouts, foundation plans, engineered
drawings) for a fee.

2. Site Preparation |

Topsoil is to be stripped off to load bearing soil. Dirt
pad is to be built up 6” above the surrounding area with a
minimum of 2000 lbs per sq ft load bearing soil compacted.
Dirt Pad is to be 2’ wider than barn on all sides.

Barns & Stables can do site visit to ensure this has been
done properly.

Stables

3. Rough-Ins |

5. Stall Preparation |

Recommended to have blue stone placed on stall floors.
-
Barns & Stables charges $200 per stall for preparation,
customer to provide materials.

May want to coordinate stall prep with concrete contractor or excavation contractor.

6. Barn Arrival |
-
Approximately 60 days after your order is made with
Barnmaster, your barn will be delivered by tractor
trailer. Your site should be accessible by tractor trailer
or an additional remote unload fees will be incurred. Our crew
will meet the truck on site to unload your barn. Usually the crew begins installation immediately after unloading providing all preparation work
is complete and the site meets the criteria necessary for the crew's vehicles and equipment.
